Where are the free skins listed?

I got an answer about good skins on another Forum and I was directed to come here, but I don't see any? Help

Look in the 3.8 and 3.7 free styles forums. You can't miss them.

I looked at your free skins and I really like the colors used in "Slick Black". Normally I don't like the dark look. Most gaming Forums use the dark look. But, this is nice.

I do have a question about one of your custom skins I looked at:

The rotating pictures running across the top? I can see its flash. Is it coded into the skin or is it provided by PhotoBucket? I see the pictures are all running from PhotoBucket, so I didn't know how involved they were? I will be getting 1000's of pictures and I could just copy them to PhotoBucket to rotate like that for me . . . Thanks for the help on my questions . . .

The flash rotating pics is something that the forum owner had someone else code in after I designed and installed the skin. I'm not a coder :)
