I am trying to use an image image for the Background of my new skin, for some reason it won't let me... Help

This is what I have in the body css: #FFFFFF url(images/Nuewave/nuewavebg.jpg (http://www.nuewaveforum.com/upload/images/Nuewave/nuewavebg.jpg)) repeat-x top left

you don't need the "repeat-x top left"

Your code there should be #FFFFFF url(images/Nuewave/nuewavebg.jpg (http://www.nuewaveforum.com/upload/images/Nuewave/nuewavebg.jpg))
