I'm sorry but I really do not have time to teach you how to design a vBulletin style. Do a search on the internet for vBulletin style or skin tutorials.

Otherwise, go to vBulletin.com. to your member area, and open the users manual. There are some very good tips in there for changing colors and images in your vbulletin admin control panel.

As for advertising, simply submit your site to as many directories and search engines as you can.
