Stuck and need help

Not sure what I did but after install Vb this time, I cannot get the no parent forums to show seperation and the collapse icon to hide. I just have one on the Main and all new no parent forums are lined up with no breaks. Can someone please tell me what I messed up:(

On other sites I have worked on never had this issue, then again it wasn't only me:blush:
