Not sure what you have done mammu, have you changed your server host?
If you have simply changed the domain which the forum sits on, you should be able to change the address in Admincp/vbulletin options/Sitename/URL/contact details.
You cannaccess the admincp by adding /admincp/index.php to your domain address.

Nope. Everything remains same except I change my domain. But forum is associated with previous domain. How to link this new domain with that forum.
I want to replace previous domain name changed by new one for my forum.

You can change what the forum is called in the admincp as I mentioned above, if you have a new domain name, do you want to point it at your web space? If you do, then you need to give your registrant the nameservers of your web space.
If you just want to redirect, then you simply put your forum address in your domain registrant's control panel under redirect and anyone typing in the URL will get redirected to your website.
But I'm not really sure what you mean by "Change my domain" I'm afraid, so what I've said above may not be relevant.

There should be no data to move. All you need to do is open your admin cp using your old domain and the path mentioned above. In there you should be able to change the path to the new domain name.
