Flash in Forum

Can we install a flash in place of our banner at top?

If yes how?

I have downloaded a free softare for flash making from http://www.anim-fx.com/ .

I have no idea how. I'm not a coder.

edit the header.php file from within the styles menu, look for a bit of code that mentions XXXX.GIF because thats the logo it displays, change that to XXXX.SWF because most flash designers use SWF files these days, then design a logo and save it as XXXX.SWF

the flash logo will now show when you look at your site, however, anyone without flash installed on their computer will not see it. Post a message explaining this.

Sorry if this is a bit rough, last time I added a SWF file to someones VBBS site was about 2 years ago I think. The guts of what needs to be done is here.

the XXXXX is of course the name of the logo being used. Change it to what you need.
