We're happy to announce the release of vBulletin 4.0 Beta 5.
The reason this release has not been designated a release candidate as originally planned is that it includes several new features, including:
improved RTL support for Arabic and Hebrew
an enhanced site map for CMS and Blog
RSS support for CMS
additional style vars for Forums
... numerous new bug fixes, and more.
These features require a proper beta cycle, hence the B5 designation.
