insert a post at the top of thread

How do i insert a post as admin at the top of a thread that was started by a different user?

any help would be appreciated... again!

Hmmmm good question. I have never had to do this. I don't know if you can. You could always just edit the users post and put your info in the edited by box and why you edited it. If I get some time to night I will try and see if there is a way to do this. Unless someone else knows of a way. :D

I sure don't know of a way. This would make a nice hack :)

This might not be too hard a hack to do - after all a poll can be added to an existing thread and is inserted before the first post - so examining the poll insertion code and modifying it to suit should be possible.
