Brighblue style - expand/collapse not present

I am presently using the wonderful brightblue style from Peggy on my forum with vbulletin 3.6.7. It is exactly what I was looking for, but I am unable to see/activate the expand/collapse function. When I inspect the xml I can see it is present, but it doesn't show when published. Any pointers on this?

Pablo, what expand/collapse function are you referring to? I see everything and it's working fine for me.

I tracked the source of my problem to myself, having misplaced a directory folder.
