Extremely Satisfied! Is really the only way I can describe how I feel about the work done by Peggy at Themes By Design.
I was referred to Peggy at Themes by Design by someone I trusted who described her as “Fast, Reasonable and Reliable”. – She is all of those and more. First of all, whenever I contact Peggy I find her response time absolutely incredible. I had a couple of problems pop up due to a hosting issue and Peggy immediately figured out what the issue was and took care of it for me. Even in day to day communications she is very fast with her responses. In this day and age, she provides a down home feel with her customer service.
Themes by Design has VERY competitive prices for the work they provide. Peggy is quick with a quote for anything you want done for your site. She is very easy to work with and knows her stuff.
I wasn’t really sure of exactly what I wanted at first, but came up with some basic things I would like to have done, and then some things I needed to have done. Sometimes it is difficult to describe to someone what your mind sees, but in working with Peggy, I discovered she was pretty **** good at deciphering what I needed on my site and making it happen.
