Small button request.

I'm trying to edit the small blank button you left me when you made my style (pipes). I have never used paintshop before so i am struggling abit. I am trying to add the word 'thanks' (without the ') and while i got the font and colour more or less right i am finding that when i upload the basically red button has a small white border around it.
Could you make me one or tell me what i'm doing wrong please.
