Wine 'n' Roses

A very feminine theme for the ladies, with wine 'n' roses.

The zip file contains xml files for both 3.6.8 and 3.7 Beta 4. However, I will be updating this theme after the first of July.

Download the attached Zip file, and unzip to your computer.
Upload the entire wine folder into your forum/images directory, so that your path is images/wine.
Import the xml file by going to your ACP --> styles and templates --> download/upload styles --> browse --> select the xml file where you have it saved on your computer --> import



There is a folder of blank images in the zip, header is in jpg format and button is a psd.
If you need your forum name put on the header for you, please request it here.

:eek:Ok is it just me, or while using Internet explorer a few people including myself see a bunch of red x's... but when i use firefox, things load fine, except for the banner wich doesn't show at all..


any suggestions ?

I think you've a local issue.

I just looked at the site with IE and everything seemed to be fine.

It can really be difficult to make everything work for all people and all browsers on the Web. To illustrate, take the Acid2 Browser Test (http://www.webstandards.org/files/acid2/test.html) with the various browsers you typically use. After seeing your result, look at the reference rendering on that same page.

Amazing, eh?

If you're interested, Opera will pass the Acid2 test.

the background is not showing, any ideas?

aboody it looks like none of the images are showing. Be sure that you have the wine folder uploaded into the forum's images folder. The image path should be images/wine

I have uploaded the folder correctly and the images are showing just fine. Here's what I think the problem: the body in the main CSS hasn't been modified (nothing orange).
I removed the style and uploaded it again but no good :(

I added this line to the background field and it solved it :)
url(images/wine/misc/bg.jpg)

I installed four of your lovely styles, and asked the members which one they liked the most. Most of them agreed on this one.

I have a question, how did you make the forums labels lighten when I move my mouse over them?

Sorry about that aboody. As you can see, the background shows here just fine and this is where I downloaded the xml from, so I'm assuming that an error ocurred while the xml file was downloading.
