I am interested in buying my own site but I am short on the funds. So I was wondering if there was a way where I can pay like 50 dollars a month and what not. I am really interested in getting my own site one day so any help is appreciated.

I can relate on the short on funds issue. The months always last longer than the money around here.

About all I can suggest is to set aside that $50 each month until you get enough to purchase/lease a vBulletin license and pay for hosting. If you're willing to lease a vB license, you can be up and running in 2-3 months. Purchasing a license outright will take you a bit longer, but it will save you money if you are in for the long haul.
