Looking for a someone who can make website graphics?

I m a web designer who really isn't good at the designing part, i wanna start making templates but i can't think of any designs. If the templates sell then u ll get money but if they dont then i guess its somtin to do. Ps: Im kind of a beginner so don't except allot but I m learning things. A couple of tips for you. I use www.sitepoint.com (http://www.sitepoint.com) for tutorials/info. They have a couple of really good CSS tutorials and I find they are well described. Plus when you start out in your new designer work, it will help to check your code with W3C Validation Service http://validator.w3.org/

If you want to make good designes, I would suggest starting out with websites that are simple and clean. CSS is great and powerful. Do a google search on CSS tutorials and you will get a bunch of info. Have fun.
