That sounds like your host has to fix that one julia. It depends on how they have it setup, but more than likely they will be the ones to fix it.

Your site is now hosted on the server's shared IP. Your DNS is probably still resolving to the dedicated IP. DNS propagation can take anywhere from 3 to 72 hours. Once you're DNS has updated properly, your site should resolve to the correct server and you will no longer see the "stupid (apache) is working on your site" page.

Can you provide us with the results of a trace route to confirm that your DNS has updated correctly?

You should be able to find out how to clear you're browser's cache by reviewing its Help menu.

They told me to clear my browser cache, I asked them how to do. I don't know how.

It is also strange that it only affected one of the 4 sites.

Julia, if the site has been moved, then you will end up waiting for the DNS propagation to take place. Were all four of your sites all on the same hosting package?

Clearing your cache depends on what browser you are using. Step one is to log out of any forums or sites you are logged into.

In Firefox, click Tools, then Clear Private Data. Tick all the options, then click Clear Private Data Now.

Hmmm, I'm not running Windows on this end and cannot remember how to clear Internet Explorer.

Thank Goodness for Mr. Google. There is a tutorial on how to clear cache in IE located here (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/ie6/using/howto/customizing/clearcache.mspx).

If you're running Opera, click Tools, then Delete Private Data, then Delete.

After clearing cache, close the browser and then re-open it and you should be good.

Thanks Mike, they finally told me what to do, I had to go to start, and put some 3 letters in the run. All 4 of my sites are on the same package, and I didn't have to wait after I did that, all my members were able to come back fine. I was panicking though.

Ahh, it's good to hear you've got everything working as it should.

I know, it was a stressful weekend though. Also in the sence of Ads, I don't want to waist my money on clicks that lead to a page of apache, I had to pose my ads compaign.
