Questions on a new vb forum

Hello Peggy/All,
I have a couple of questions. I am new to vb forums and would like to know if a couple of things are possible.

I really like "blue rose" (br) and think this would be easiest to modify. In "br" when you go to "New Posts" the icon on the left (thread_hot_new) I would like to have replaced with something a little larger. I saw a designed that I liked on "Request corner" with "orangeblack"(forum_old forum_new). I find these two to be great. Is it possible to get that intergrated into "br"? Is that too much work than its worth?

Currently I am having a company logo created for our website "www.melodycenter.ch" This logo should be done next week. How much time do you have Peggy ;)

O' yeah, how much would it cost to redu the header on "blue rose" and add my company logo/title?

Would I have the ability to remove a post as Admin if needed?
