Need Help to Reinstall addon on VBulletin

My addons are breaking my forum index page.I need some one who is familiar in reinstalingl my VBulletin addon.

What add-ons would you be talking about? I generally don't do re-installs. I usually install add-ons with fresh vB forum installations. Plus I'm not familiar with all add-ons.
