Skin Request

I know this is an ipb but can you make me a skin similar to this one

I like the whole idea of it can you make it navy blue/grey/white you can add additional colors what ever you think looks nicer can you make it as wide as tealblack. Thanks in advanced this would be greatly appreciated.
PS- I would like my greys the same colors as there's and in the same spots.

I'm sorry, but I only design css-based themes. Theirs has alot of custom coding that I stay away from. You might want to contact miner at www.minerskinz.com. He does that kind of work.
