How can i change the size of my reputation icons ?

These are 8x10 pixels (widthxheight).
Now i found some cool icons on the web, but with different sizes.
Where can i change this size in the forum settings, to make them fit ?

To be honest, I didn't think you would have to change the image size anywhere.
What happens when you upload them to your reputation image folder and overwrite the vb default images?
