Sorry meehan, this skin is distributed "as is". It's a sports skin, in blue.
If you want something different, you'll need to read about my terms and pricing for a custom theme.

The sports background image? What would you want it changed to?

meehan it's not just a matter of changing a background or a color. Everything on every theme that I make is made to go with that forum theme. If you change the color on the blue sports theme, you'll have to change the buttons and forum icons as well, because they were designed to go with that theme.
If you can do that yourself, then that's fine. I can't because first, I'd charge for it. Second, I'm involved with 2 custom designs already.

Meehan, you're going to have to come to an understanding about your own forums.
Forums are rather like a home. When the plumbing fails, you either A) fix it yourself, because you are a plumber, B) you learn how to fix it or C) you hire a plumber to do the work for you.
When you want custom work done on your forum, you either A) perform the work yourself, B) you learn how to perform the work yourself or C) you hire someone to perform the work for you.
As I mentioned to you in another venue, being the admin of a forum carries the weight of some personal responsibility. You are either going to be responsible for maintaining your own forum or you are going to hire someone to look after the forum for you.
Peggy offers her services as a design professional. If someone wants a custom design, they hire Peggy to create that design for them. She has also been good enough to share some of her efforts with the vBulletin community at no charge.
That leaves you with a couple of options - snag up one of the free designs and use it, or contract Peggy to create a custom design for you. Asking her to change a single element, which is foundational to a particular design (being offered at no charge, no less) demonstrates more than a bit of cheek.
My suggestion to you is to set up a test forum, in a password-protected directory on your site. That will give you a place to test various things to see how they work. You can make design changes, modify templates, install add-ons, etc. and none of this will have any effect on your live forum. You'll be able to learn how the forum actually works, without the fear of 'breaking' your live forum and disrupting the members and guests.
If you can't get comfortable with learning how to do these things yourself, then it is time to start prefacing your posts with the words, "I would like to hire someone to..."

meehan I'm sorry I just don't have time to do this right now. If you can wait a week or so, I'll see what I can do. I'm very busy with custom paid designs right now.

Sorry meehan. I can't do this. I have surgery tomorrow and will be out of commission for a while.
