Shadow under main table ?

Is there any way to add a shadow on the left and right side of the main table (background) of a forum ?

I'm sure there is, tij, but it would take some custom coding, which I don't do.
You should get ahold of one of the designer/coders at vbulletin.org.

It would take custom coding with CSS and some images designed for the shadows.
