:confused::confused::confused:
Hi! I am really stuck on a site builder. I am totally redoing my entire website. I started out with Yahoo site builder but that was a first time website thingy. I am tired and bored with it. I am so picky with my website that I need more flexibility. I do digital scrapbooking graphics and need to be able to incorporate those graphics into the site. I also have a forum design from here. I will be using zen cart for now. The site needs ecommerce capabilities as well. I dont want to script the whole site myself if I dont have to because I have the hardest time with layouts and margins. I do know HTML and basic CSS.
If anyone has ANY ideas, please let me know.
Thanks a TON!
~Michelle

You have many options Michelle.

Many people go with the obvious - vBulletinAdvanced cmps. It automatically takes on the forums graphics, and you can make html, php, and templates with it. The kewl thing about vBa is, you have to have a vB forum in order to use it, but it has so many functions, that you don't even have to touch the forum to use vBa.

Other options would be Wordpress (which is what I use now) which of course you can make additional pages with. There's also Joomla, which is getting more popular by the day, but which I, personally, find to have a pretty steep learning curve, and gave up.

Then of course there's the good ol' html website. There are many (x)html editors out there, but my personal favorite is coffeecup (x)html editor, which also happens to be free ;)

I hope some others will chime in here as well.

thanks! I have heard of Coffeecup but I thought you had to pay for it. Which program of theirs are you useing?
You said you are using wordpress right now, can you use the forums from here on there? Like I said, I downloaded the pink butterflies forum and really want to use it.
Ive been looking for a few months now but I cant find one that I can use to integrate my graphics and this forum.
