Teal/Black

Originally released in version 3.6.7, TealBlack has been ported over to 3.7 with all of the additional images.

Click on the "Install" button on the right of this post, then download the zip file to your computer and extract it (I put it on my desktop, it's easier to remember where I put it!).
Open your ftp client to your server. Go to your forum's images folder, open it, and create a styles folder.
Next, upload the daisy folder via FTP to your server, into your forum's styles folder, so that your image path is images/styles/tealblack/buttons, for example.
After you've uploaded the folder, open your admin control panel on your forum, and import the xml file, by going to Styles & Templates > Download / Upload styles > Import Style XML File.
Click on the Browse button, locate the xml file for tealblack, and double-click it so it loads in that box, then hit the Import button.




Blank buttons and a blank logo are provided to you for easy editing.

Most people use Photoshop, but I'm old fashioned. I like Paint Shop Pro 7 and have stayed with it, even tho there are at least 5 or 6 upgrades. I figure, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. :)

That doesn't have anything to do with the theme, I don't think. No one else has reported any errors.

oh ...well I have to checkout the Security Token error ... hmmm or post on VB.com and see if there are any fixes ..

Not sure about the errors because there isn't really enough information in your post describing your errors, but I am wondering if you might be bumping into the CSRF issue that led to the unexpected 3.6.9 version of vb. You may benefit from this thread over at vbulletin.com:

It's really gorgeous! BTW I love Paint Shop Pro. I learned on 6, but I never got any good at it until recently...I'm mmmmmmmokay, but not great.
I would love to learn how to make skins too, but there's so much involved in coding...what a blessing it is for me to have someone like you :D:rose:

Your Orange black template looks pretty much the same as tealblack except the different colours but the orange black one is displaying better. going to comapre codes but it could take a while, unless you can think of something

im not sure why this style does not work with Ultimate Side Columns 2.2.
my Columns disply in all other styles but not this style.

jim you don't have the images uploaded to the correct directory. You must create a styles folder inside of your forum's images folder, then upload the tealblack folder into the styles folder.

The home page is made with the addon vBadvanced. You can just download it and install it on your forum and then configure it how you want it.

No Jim, your homepage won't look like that. Those are all Wordpress blog pages.
If you want a layout like that you'll need to download wordpress. However Wordpress won't have your forum skin. You'll have to hire someone to take your forum style and integrate it to your homepage.

Just wondering if you could help me with a couple things. See screen shot

A - I would like to move everything over to the left to close the gap a bit more where the A arrow is pointing

B - Move the forum over to be in line with the banner so there is no gap between the edge and the forum

In my css I have this (as you know) as the extra css attributes and i am guessing that is where to edit it as I tried to change some values but it wouldn't work correctly

Hi there. Change the 35px on each side, to 0px in the extra css attributes box at the top of your Main CSS in the Body section. That will bring the forum width to the edges. However, realize that you'll lose the gradient background if you use 0. So play with those 2 numbers til you get the desired affect. I did some playing with them on here and it worked fine.

As far as the navbar and the rest of the forum stretching to be in line with the header image, that won't happen due to vB coding.
