hi there peggy! On your site I run almost all of your templates, and maybe one or two from other places.

Anyways I have just updated my vbulletin to the newest one out there. When I signed into the admin I get a message at the top that states. Out-of-date custom templates.

Then when I click click here to view these templates it list the ones that need to be either edit template, view history, or revert?

I wanted to ask you before I did anything, which one do I do????

Also one more question, on my homepage some of the images arent showing do you know what I need to do???

THANKS

For the custom templates just click edit the save for each and it should fix them.
for the home page issue you need to go to admincp > Styles & Templates > Styler Manager > Your Style > Main CSS and for the ones with

url(images/gradients/gradient_tcat.gif)
add /forums/ to each of them and it should work.

url(images/gradients/gradient_tcat.gif) would be whatever image you are using

???

Do I make it look like this or this:
url(http://forumname.com/forums/images/gradients/gradient_tcat.gif)
or
url(/forums/images/gradients/gradient_tcat.gif)

I've tried them both and its still not working

sorry I meant to just add /forums/ to the

url(

not replace code.

so just add /forums/ after url( and before images/whatever

Hi ashley. Actually what you need to do to make images work on the homepage, when you're using vBadvanced's cmps, is to add the full address to the image paths.

SO -

Go into the style's StyleVars section and scroll down to the image paths.
for each line there, you have to type in http://www.yourforumaddress.com//forums/images/tulip/misc
(for the tulip style, for the other styles use that style folder name)

Check out the falldays style's StyleVars section. all of the images are showing for it, so the image paths are correct there. You'll have to do this in the Main CSS for all image there as well, such as the background, tcat, thead, etc.

I would totally agree about better support here vs. vb.com and .org
