Phot Upload Errors

Members are receiving uplaod errors....any one point me in the right direction? On my end no issues.

To receive a more detailed error message, upload only one picture at a time.

Upload errors where? Uploading to the album?
I'd need to see the detailed error message. have them upload it one pic at a time, as the message says.

The member states that when trying to upload one, it just failed with no message.

I have advised her:

1000X1000 pixel max

I am waiting for her respose now.

Determined to be user error.....the files were well over 1000X1000.

4000X3000 pixels.....:witsend::witsend:

OMG!!! rofl.... uh yeah, I'm thinking they need to be resized :rofl:
