I needs help to Edit the Header ....with photo shop I can use to do that . I had no clue about any photo shop , so can you tell me with software I can use .

Can I use Paint program to edit the Header ?

What header do you need to edit? Personally, I use Paint Shop Pro 7 to do most of my work.
