Ok - I don't see any squigley icons on the sides, because there are no forums there. I do see them in the box beneath the What's Going on box.

I don't see any images for Crimson Floral at all, no header, no nothing, whether I use FF or IE. This means that they weren't uploaded correctly. Referring back to the instructions, please upload the images again, and make sure you're uploading them in BINARY mode in your ftp program.

To help you further, I'd need admin access to your acp to see what the problem could be, as I've not known of anyone to have this issue before.
